Strategy CEO @PhongLe laid out the playbook: 1. Build the USD reserve 2. Get STRC back to par 3. Issue more STRC 4. Buy more Bitcoin 5. Repeat The machine is built to accumulate Bitcoin.

Matt Cole @ColeMacro , CEO of Strive, just explained why SATA and STRC are doing exactly what they were designed to do. Bitcoin is down ~50%, deep in bear-market territory, yet digital credit total returns have stayed positive. “SATA will have less volatility than Bitcoin, substantially less volatility than Bitcoin, and higher income.” That is the point. $SATA / $STRC are not trying to be Bitcoin. They are Bitcoin-backed credit instruments built to survive the brutal part of the cycle and keep paying income while common equity absorbs the volatility. And as Cole said: “We would not have to sell a single Bitcoin” even if 2022 repeated. That’s not broken. That’s the structure working. h/t: @laurashin

“Bitcoin crashes shake out the tourists.” @saylor lived through $66K to $16K and still said Strategyᴮ was buying Bitcoin to “hold it 100 years.” People think a drawdown means Strategyᴮ is finished. But he was already “ready to ride it to zero.” They’re betting against conviction they still don’t understand.

People are overthinking the 32 BTC sale. “Why sell?” “Why not just buy less next week?” “Is this bearish?” Michael @saylor already explained the logic: • If Bitcoin can’t be sold, critics say it has no value. • If it has no value, the balance sheet value is zero. • If the balance sheet value is zero, credit rating agencies ignore it. • So you sell a tiny appreciated portion to prove Bitcoin is liquid, valuable, and real.

Saylor had anxiety buying Bitcoin at $9k - not because it might crash, but because he couldn’t buy fast enough 😂 The exchange literally tells him: “You have to stop now. You’re buying too much. You’re blowing out the spreads.” Meanwhile he’s sitting there barely able to sleep, not because Bitcoin is crashing… but because someone else might suddenly “get it” and send the price to $10k, $11k, $12k before he finishes buying. “I have to get this trade in before the rest of the world comes to its senses.” One of the best Saylor clips ever - and also one of the rare moments where you can genuinely see him smiling from the heart while telling the story 😂

Saylor on his expectations after buying Bitcoin: “I didn’t expect this to work in 12 weeks. I thought maybe in 1-3 years people would stop thinking I’m an idiot… and in 10 years I’d be glad I did it.” He also talked about the only way he lost money on Apple: trying to trade it with leverage. He bought LEAP call options, the stock stayed down too long, the options expired… then Apple exploded higher right after. His lesson: If you truly have conviction, buy the underlying asset, avoid leverage, and hold it long enough for the thesis to play out.

They call Bitcoin risky. They call Strategyᴮ and STRC risky. Meanwhile fiat - the one asset with a 100% long-term probability of losing purchasing power - is marketed as “safe.” Saylor said it best: fiat is a melting ice cube. Bitcoin is the exit.

Michael Saylor on trading Bitcoin: “Trading Bitcoin is, in my opinion, a sign of lesser intellect.” “It’s like picking up pennies on a railroad track. You might get a few quarters… then get hit by a train.”

Will Strategyᴮ surpass Satoshi Nakamoto by the end of 2026? If the current STRC-powered pace continues: • Conservative: 983k BTC • Base: 1.09M BTC • Aggressive: 1.12M BTC Estimated Satoshi holdings: 1.096M BTC. Yeah… let that sink in.

Turns out, out of all the sites estimating how much Strategyᴮ bought last week - the most bullish one was the closest (@BTCtreasuries). Actual buy: 24,869 BTC for $2.01B. Sometimes the “crazy” estimate is just the one paying attention. H/T: @thepowerfulHRV

Strategyᴮ bought over $2B worth of Bitcoin last week… and the price is dumping. Sounds crazy until you understand how deep the Bitcoin market already is. @Saylor explained it well: Bitcoin trades inside a massive global liquidity pool: $20B - $30B + spot volume daily $50B - $80B + derivatives volume 24/7 global trading across every major market So even a multi-billion-dollar buy order gets absorbed over time. That’s the difference between Bitcoin and every other asset people compare it to. A company can deploy billions into BTC… and the network barely notices. That’s not weakness. That’s market depth at global scale.

MSTR is back in the lead. Strategy: 843,738 BTC IBIT: 818,147 BTC
MSTR takes the lead again! 818,147 vs 843,738
This is how I imagine Michael Saylor walking into the office after buying $2B worth of Bitcoin… and the price still dumps.
The Strategyᴮ strategy is becoming obvious: • Increase BTC yield per share • Become debt-free • Improve credit rating • Unlock larger pools of institutional capital • Expand STRC distribution • Lower the cost of capital • Buy more Bitcoin • Repeat Current rating: ❗️S&P: B- Still below investment grade. That’s important because many pension funds, insurers, banks, and bond funds are restricted from buying below certain ratings. Every upgrade unlocks more capital for the Bitcoin accumulation engine. Most people still think this is just “a company buying Bitcoin.” It’s actually a capital markets machine designed to accumulate BTC at massive scale.

“What is Bitcoin to me? It’s like… yeah… it’s like fire. It’s gonna change civilization.” - Michael Saylor, Dec 6, 2020. Only a few months after his first Bitcoin buy. The conviction was absolutely unreal.

Watch the Jane Street report once… and suddenly all those weird Bitcoin price moves start looking a lot less random.
Saylor: “We bought $250M of Bitcoin… it crashed 20%… we lost $40M in a week and a half.” Most people would panic. Saylor’s reaction? “Figure out how to buy the next $250M” This week: STRC net proceeds ~$2.03 BILLION 🤯
