Preach. As an emerging VC - with co’s “returning the fund” by Series B that had no established VCs in their first round - my take is it’s less about boomers & more about ppl w/ no operating/founding experience trying to quant their way into early stage, which is all about talent recognition & upside mgmt vs downside protection.
