Remember the feeling of locking in for hours and hours. The context of the entire codebase all loaded in to your brain. Typing code letter by letter. Bug after bug after bug until it finally worked?
Exactly zero new engineers will ever feel that level of flow

I replaced streaks with a number:
48 workouts in 90 days.
Miss Monday? You're at 23/48. Miss a whole week? Still not broken.
You're never starting over. You're never at zero.
I call them Volume Goals.

I become an expert in new industries in under 30 minutes
Pharma supply chains. Semiconductors. Carbon credit markets.
