NEW CLUSTER HAVANA SYNDROME CASES: I have confirmed through multiple sources at least three incidents beginning in 2020 of suspected directed energy attacks involving US government personnel in Northern Virginia. I also understand the number of reported incidents is much higher. At least one incident was reported to occur at a US government facility. In some cases, the individual(s) were investigating directed energy weapons (DEW) technology. In previous cases, the individuals' US government work was linked to the Russia portfolio. I also learned that the cluster of new cases presents a pattern: an initial strike then followed by a flurry of attacks. CIA/ODNI did not respond to questions seeking comment TIMING MATTERS: Based on my reporting, the uptick in Havana Syndrome incidents coincides with the two Biden-era intelligence reports. Those public reports assessed that it was unlikely a foreign adversary and novel weapon were to blame for these debilitating injuries among spies, diplomats, military personnel, and civilians. In one of her last acts as DNI @TulsiGabbard recalled the two Biden-era intelligence reports due to defective analysis and bias.
