NEW CLUSTER HAVANA SYNDROME CASES: I have confirmed through multiple sources at least three incidents beginning in 2020 of suspected directed energy attacks involving US government personnel in Northern Virginia. I also understand the number of reported incidents is much higher. At least one incident was reported to occur at a US government facility. In some cases, the individual(s) were investigating directed energy weapons (DEW) technology. In previous cases, the individuals' US government work was linked to the Russia portfolio. I also learned that the cluster of new cases presents a pattern: an initial strike then followed by a flurry of attacks. CIA/ODNI did not respond to questions seeking comment TIMING MATTERS: Based on my reporting, the uptick in Havana Syndrome incidents coincides with the two Biden-era intelligence reports. Those public reports assessed that it was unlikely a foreign adversary and novel weapon were to blame for these debilitating injuries among spies, diplomats, military personnel, and civilians. Maricopa County breach investigated by FBI, according to August 4 letter @FBIDirectorKash "The FBI confirmed that voter records were illegally extracted from the site and identified a suspect who admitted the crime....illegally scraped 633,000 voter files that included 930 that were sensitive, nonpublic data." "The United States Attorney's Office for the District of Arizona, the Arizona Attorney General's Office, the Maricopa County, Arizona Attorney's Office, and the Pinal County, Arizona Attorney's Office were presented with the findings of this investigation. FAUCI PARDON: NOT BULLETPROOF On the Pardon: Before the hearing @SenRandPaul a former senior Justice Department prosecutor told me there are three, viable legal strategies to challenge the preemptive Biden pardon. But there is no easy path. One strategy calls for charging Fauci with a crime, with the expectation he would file a motion with the court to dismiss based on the pardon. This could open the door to challenging the sweeping pardon’s viability and years of litigation. Another strategy involves Congress. Because Fauci has theoretically been preemptively pardoned against past and future criminal charges related to his NIH work, it can be argued that Fauci has no plausible claim to the 5th Amendment, the right against self-incrimination. If Fauci takes the Fifth at Senator Paul’s hearing (which he has) the committee could seek to compel Fauci's testimony. A finding of contempt could follow. Finally, one of Fauci’s closest associates has been criminally charged. With pressure and the right incentives he might be flipped and become a cooperating witness. Dr. David Morens, who was a senior advisor to Fauci at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, was indicted on multiple charges including conspiracy and obstruction, including destruction, alteration or falsification of federal records. Along with allegations that personal email accounts were used to evade the Freedom of Information Act, this could be a powerful motivator. Burns bags discovered at FBI HQ contained sensitive and, in some cases, never before records: Russia Collusion probes, Mar-a-Lago, CIA referral to FBI on 2016 Hillary Clinton election activities (previously thought to be missing.) Tonight POTUS is declassifying records about the Chinese Community Party's "multi-domain" influence operations in 2020. CCP used all elements of government power, trade, diplomacy, social media, open source reporting to undermine his re-election. President Trump called it "the largest compromise of election data in history," resulting in China's acquisition of 200 million US voter files. NOTE: CCP could use this data for multiple purposes: voter fraud, identity theft and to target Americans for recruitment. President Trump said the Chinese influence operations was intentionally suppressed by elements of the US intelligence community and withheld from him. STUNNING:  USAID + THE BIG GRIFT Looks like USAID supported college tuition for Anwar Aulaqi (Awlaki) who later became a high level al Qaeda terrorist. Aulaqi falsely claimed he was born in Yemen to secure the financial help via the State Dept. when he was actually a US citizen, born in Las Cruces New Mexico. Aulaqi would later develop close ties with several 9/11 hijackers and attain leadership status in AQ's Yemen affiliate. Aulaqi was the godfather of the digital jihad that leveraged his writings and the web to radicalize Americans to AQ's cause. Aulaqi became the first American targeted for death by the CIA.
