So this is a pretty easy to call play via
@fraxfinance and
@CurveFinance
simply said
- get you some $sfrxUSD which pays ~3.85% right now
backed by frax tech, and treasury holdings. yield is in USD form holdings, not gov token emissions.
here
- head to llamalend, and pop it in as collateral to borrow ethereum:0xf939e0a03fb07f59a73314e73794be0e57ac1b4e This puppy has soft liquidations, you dont get liq'd at a price you start to convert your collateral but if the price recovers it converts back (see image for example of the band). it also has negative net borrow right now. (the sfrxUSD yield rate is > the crvUSD borrow rate)<- you will want to monitor this.
here is the market URL
- find a place to put the ethereum:0xf939e0a03fb07f59a73314e73794be0e57ac1b4e to work, you could
--buy more $sfrxUSD to add as collateral to make it safer, or even loop it
--put it all into $scrvUSD which currently pays 1~2%
--or stick it in
@yearnfi which pays ~5% i like the idea, let them farm the apys for you. (consider depositing via my UI here [yearn shares their fees with me])
I like the yearn idea most, cuz it keeps you agile (you can withdraw anytime and repay your debt) and protects you form having to unloop if frxUSD/crvUSD peg is hurt, but keeps you in good farms that are curated by
@yearnfi (more info on that here
@llama what do you think about this strategy?
