Graham being honored in the Capitol Rotunda. But not lying in state or honor.
Today's ceremony honoring Sen. Lindsey Graham inside the U.S. Capitol Rotunda breaks with tradition.
Rather than lying in state or lying in honor, Graham will be honored during a private Rotunda ceremony after his family chose not to open the Rotunda for public viewing.
A military honor guard will escort his casket into the Capitol as lawmakers, family, and invited guests gather to pay their respects.
