Vineland hearing tomorrow.
If the expansion gets approved, that adds another major catalyst on top of an already-spicy earnings report, and we could see $NBIS pushed well above $300.
If it gets delayed again, I don't expect any major fundamental change. We could see a pullback, but that risk was already heavily priced in ahead of earnings.
Personally, I'm optimistic about approval.
An approval could trigger aggressive short covering and potentially a strong short squeeze at these levels.
$300 becoming a new floor would be a very bullish setup.
