SpaceXAI has now IPO'd and the first lock-up has been unlocked and yet there is still no news about a $TSLA - $SPCX merger. Elon did not even deny a potential merger between the companies when he was asked about so the question now is: What's happening?
I brought on @TeslaBoomerMama to discuss exactly that! She had some very interesting breadcrumbs regarding the merger announcement that y'all don't want to miss!
We also discussed about the elephant in the room (Tesla Giga-Shanghai) and how that could delay a merger entirely + other important topics!

So Chamath says $SPCX would need to pay a 50% premium to acquire $TSLA.
A 50% premium at today's stock price would mean $TSLA would be ~$600 per share and valuing it at ~$2.25T.
This means that Tesla would likely weigh more in the combined entity (at around 55-60% & SpaceX at around 45-40%) in this scenario.
If Tesla shareholders can weigh more in the combined company rather than a 50-50 deal, that's a BIG win for them.

Many things are happening today with $TSLA and it's only morning!
1. VP of External Affairs at Tesla said that Optimus will officially enter mass scale of Optimus by end 2026.
2. Germany singling to be one of the next European countries to approve Tesla's FSD.
3. BAIRD keeps their PT of $522 due to strong Q2 deliveries & energy deployment.
4. Big Tesla announcement tomorrow regarding "scaling efforts" according to VP of Vehicle Engineering Lars Moravy.
