🚨 Nigerian national living in Lynn, MA arrested and charged w/ unlawfully voting as an alien after allegedly casting a ballot in the 2022 midterm election. Defendant also allegedly voted in the 2024 presidential primary.
In both elections, she allegedly falsely claimed to be a U.S. citizen on voter registration forms before casting ballots.

🚨 BREAKING: Massachusetts State Rep. Francisco Paulino, representing the 16th Essex District, has been arrested and charged for alleged pandemic benefit fraud.
A separate indictment was also unsealed today charging Lawrence Mayor Brian DePena with COVID relief fraud.

🚨 BREAKING 🚨Chinese national arrested for allegedly casting a fraudulent ballot in the 2024 presidential election by impersonating a lawful permanent resident — then reporting the victim to federal authorities for “illegally” voting.
The 33-year-old Andover resident also allegedly impersonated the victim and his wife in fraudulent immigration filings, resulting in the confiscation of their Green Cards and their placement in removal proceedings.
The defendant will appear at 2 p.m. today in federal court in Boston.
