They reopened it, witnesses reportedly confirmed the video existed, and it still ended with no charges.

Just saw a venue had a couple booked for their wedding in April 2027. Bride passed unexpectedly 22 days after booking the venue. Venue is keeping all funds.
I can't imagine doing that to a grieving spouse -to-be. There are a lot of cancels I'd keep money from but no way I'd keep funds after a death, especially since they can still book the venue that day now.
