Made my Claude Code go touch some grass
Some people can sell. Some people can build relationships in a space where trust takes years to earn. @WyattSTriFetch does both. I am proud to welcome him as @Trifetchai's first sales hire and Go-to-Market Leader. He runs the full motion end to end and inspires new clients to partner with us regularly. Wyatt comes from a pharmaceutical sales background, with close to a decade building real relationships across SoCal specialty medicine: pulmonary, allergy, women's health, pain management, endocrinology, and others including working with large institutions such as UCSD, Sharp and Scripps. He does not need a script because he already understands the people on the other side of the table. Patients are the #1# priority, and that is Wyatt's focus. When I first heard him describe a conversation he had with a practice manager, I thought: he already speaks the language before we've even trained him on the product or shared the headache we alleviate in the office setting for our customers. TriFetch is built for specialty clinic staff. We give practices the tools to handle referrals, prior authorizations, scheduling, and patient calls without the work following them home. We integrate with whatever EHR you already use, and we go live in as soon as a week. Wyatt is why SoCal practices are going to hear about us a lot more soon. If you are a practice manager or practice administrator in Southern California and you have not talked to him yet, you will. Welcome to the team, Wyatt :)

AI agents that handle your clinical admin work end-to-end, so the work is about your patients, not the charts. Out of stealth today. Forbes story below👇
I joined TriFetch last year as an early founding member, and it’s been an incredible journey of growth ever since. Now, TriFetch is officially coming out of stealth with a feature in Forbes. I’m truly grateful and excited to finally share this milestone.

One rule we emphasize at @Trifetchai : think from the customer’s perspective, not just like an engineer. It’s easy for engineers to fall into the trap of building what seems useful instead of what actually solves a real problem. That’s why we encourage a forward-deployed engineer mindset, getting out of the office, talking to customers, and understanding how work actually happens on the ground. That’s also why The Mom Test is required reading for our team. It teaches a simple but powerful skill: how to talk to customers and uncover the problems that actually frustrate them. Instead of asking, “We built this, would you use it?” You learn to understand how people really work today by asking the right questions and observing real workflows. What’s the most surprising thing you’ve learned from talking to users?

cooking at the restaurant
We didn’t really have time to eat during our customer visits. So we opened our laptops at the restaurant as soon as we placed the order, Because you shouldn’t delay GTM decisions They happen right after sitting with customers and seeing the problems firsthand. This is what building on the ground looks like.

I'll treat you to dinner at your favorite restaurant (or a gift card 🤑 $$$) if you introduce us to a physician, practice manager, or office manager, and the introduction leads to a successful virtual or on-site meeting. plzzzz 🥹 😭 ( This is more than genuinely appreciated )

You'll burn out soon. You'll feel alone. You'll end up drowning in debt. San Francisco is a shithole. Moving to a new city without a job offer is risky. Things people told me when I was moving to SF. Still, five months ago, I took one of the biggest risks of my life. Honestly, some of those are true. But...... the amount I've learned and the network I've built in such a short time has been unparalleled, from conversations with founders and builders in coffee shops to Luma events and hackathons. So far, so worth it. Best decision I've made. #sanfrancisco# #BuildingInPublic#
