Over the past couple of decades, citrus greening has been devastating for America’s citrus growers, especially in Florida where citrus production is down 95% since the early 2000s, but the corner has finally been turned with exciting new technology that was just approved by the Trump EPA! I was in Florida yesterday with the state Farm Bureau to discuss the big news.

I just signed a new proposed definition of “Begin Actual Construction”, which will allow building to start on many aspects of projects while permits are pursued for other aspects of the project. This is basic common sense. If finalized, no longer will the entire project have to wait for the permit, which will save precious time and money.

Devastating, left-wing policies out of NYC and Albany are permanently driving New York families and jobs out of state.
