In Effect v4, `Schema.toJsonSchemaDocument` derives JSON Schema from the same JSON representation used by `Schema.toCodecJson`, keeping OpenAPI and runtime decoding aligned, even for custom types.

@EffectTS_ @tokens now uses 4.0rc in production on the api layer, in the web app.
just migrated last night.
so far so good :)
It’s been 1 year since we added @EffectTS_ as a dependency and it’s now about 75% of our codebase
Many projects in the Effect community have already migrated during the v4 beta and have been running it in production for months.
With the RC out, we want many more real applications to migrate, stress-test it, and tell us what still breaks before 4.0.
