🚨 SEN. JOSH HAWLEY SOUNDS ALARM AT COVID COVER-UP HEARING: “We basically have a systematic effort to violate the laws of Congress, to lie to the American people, to mislead the American people.” Questioned by LindellTV's @alisonintheknow during today’s explosive Senate hearing, Sen. Josh @HawleyMO reacted to whistleblower testimony alleging the @JoeBiden administration withheld thousands of pages tied to COVID origins and Wuhan lab investigations. Hawley didn’t hold back: “If you’ve got people who will just not follow the laws of Congress and will lie openly to the American people, I don’t know how you can hope to preserve our country.” He also warned the alleged misconduct by “deep state actors” is “still going on.”

This is perhaps the most important story of them all. There is no agency that polices the federal and state judges that have absolute control over our lives with absolute immunity. I am not talking about the Supreme Court. This applies to all courts. The group that is most informed of the problem are lawyers. But lawyers are bound by "ethical" rule 8.2 that prohibits them from criticizing judges. The rule states: "A lawyer cannot make statements they know are false, or make claims with reckless disregard for whether they are true or false, about the honesty, integrity, or qualifications of a judge, adjudicatory officer, public legal officer (like a prosecutor or attorney general), or a political candidate for such a position." So if I criticize a judge or prosecutor I can be sanctioned. Who decides if my criticism is "false?" Take a guess. Like all weaponization, the process is the punishment, so if I make a public statement about a judge or prosecutor, I better be prepared to defend myself in an administrative proceeding where my license and livelihood will be at stake. These judges are bound by nothing but the honor system. President Trump doesn't even talk about this. But he should be talking about it every day. Activist judges rule against his Executive Orders and he just takes it on the chin. He did nothing about it in his first term. Then the courts refused a merits hearing on the 2020 election. Attorneys who disputed the election, including some of his friends, were disbarred for just filing the lawsuits. Then he got a huge judgment by some lady who brought the most frivolous claim against him about a rape in a department store when she couldn't even remember what year it happened. Then he was convicted of 34 non-crimes. We thought for sure he would do something about it his second time around. But he has done nothing, and it looks like he's not going to do anything.
