Breaking news from Tesla Europe: @Tesla has just officially announced that the Tesla Semi is coming to Europe! Deliveries to customers in Europe are scheduled to begin next year, in 2027. Further details will be announced in the coming months. Fleet managers and drivers interested in the Semi can sign up. They will then receive the latest updates. As I posted about before: the Semi is being exhibited at IAA Transportation in Hanover—the leading European platform for logistics, commercial vehicles, and the transport sector—from September 14 (press day) to September 20. The Tesla Semi is fully electric and designed for efficient long-haul transport. It is more powerful and efficient than traditional trucks, while offering lower operating costs. To transform heavy-duty freight transport, the Semi was designed from the ground up as an electric vehicle. It combines Tesla’s expertise in batteries, powertrains, software, and manufacturing with the demands of modern logistics. Amazing news for us all in Europe!
