Good details about the European version of the Tesla Semi: • Truck has 10 cameras with full 360° view • No traditional side mirror. Cameras only. • No front light bar due to local regulations (this was expected). Similar headlight setup to the base Model Y. • European cab is the same length and width as the US version • Uses aerodynamic-truck regulation exemption so it can run regular European trailers • Marker lights moved from the top of the truck for regulations • Cab roof height was adjusted slightly to match European trailer heights • Added an interior emergency escape ladder for tip-over situations • Tesla has a CCS2 to MCS adapter so the MCS-only Semi can charge on existing CCS2 sites while they build out their Megacharger network • Seat movement is controlled from the screen, similar to Model Y Standard and Cybercab. Tesla officially unveiled the European version of their Semi last week: • Range: 550 km (~342 miles) • Energy consumption: 1.0 kWh/km (1.61 kWh/mile) • Fast charging: Up to 60% of range in 30 mins • Drive power: Up to 800 kW • Curb weight: <9,100 kg (<20,000 lbs) • Gross vehicle weight: 40 metric tons • ePTO (electric power take-off): Up to 25 kW European deliveries start in 2027.

We plan on offering it in every country where we operate Megachargers. If you’re investing in Semi Charging, do it with the best hardware, software & service. We walk the talk. It's the same stack we use ourselves. Our power electronics already deliver 2 TWh/quarter (#1# in the world) and sites we opened a decade ago only have gotten better over time. It's not for everyone as we don't offer expensive, questionable customizations. We often have to protect companies from themselves so customers don’t suffer. Improvements apply to all charging products, immediately. This happens daily!
