The Cardano Critical Integrations (CCI V1) closure report is now live. Delivered collaboratively by members of the "Pentad" including @Cardano_CF, @emurgo_io, @IOGroup, @midnightfdn, and Intersect, CCI V1 brought four major integrations live or into final implementation: • USDCx by Circle • LayerZero • Pyth Network • Dune Analytics The report provides a shared account of what ₳70M in community approved funding delivered, how funds were administered, lessons learned, and the path toward CCI V2. A major milestone for Cardano's infrastructure and institutional readiness.

People massively underestimate demand for non margin loans. The pawn market alone is ~$40B despite terrible infrastructure and high costs. What most people in DeFi miss: Borrowers care more about lower payments than max LTVs. By offering lower LTVs, borrowers can negotiate lower interest rates while avoiding liquidation risk entirely. No matter how many times I read this story, I can't make sense of it. A person is stabbed and actively bleeding. The person who stabbed him gets the police to handcuff the victim and the police let the victim bleed to death in handcuffs.

UPDATE: Wanchain says $ADA and $XRP "definitely need more interoperability." Wanchain, built on the research and foundation of Cardano's Ouroboros, to maximize security, also recently integrated seamless cross-chain transfers for $RLUSD between Cardano, Ethereum, and XRP Ledger.
