Basically what this preprint shows is what I've been suspecting all along: during/post SARS-CoV-2 infection, EBV reprograms B cells in an autoimmune-like fashion that closely resembles the reprogramming in SLE and MS. Most people carry EBV, by the way. The paper's findings are consistent with the known association between SARS-CoV-2 infection and EBV reactivation. Basically, the reprogrammed EBV+ B cells overstimulate nearby immune cells, which is linked to higher levels of self-attacking antibodies, abnormal blood fats, and lingering post-acute symptoms - i.e., features of “long COVID”. Guess what SARS-CoV-2 and the shots have in common? VAERS seems to be emitting safety signals. Normalized rates are shown below. To me, it's all about the disulfide bonds. Emphasize supporting the endogenous antioxidant systems (and exogenous antioxidants from diet or supplements) to maintain a favorable thiol/disulfide balance. This is the key.
