The reason we know it was him and his rifle on the roof is because of the corroborating evidence. Investigators recovered and photographed his rifle, wrapped in a towel, in the woods along the shooter’s escape route. Robinson’s texts discussed retrieving “my rifle” and he wrote, “Judging from today, I’d say grandpa’s gun does just fine.” His father identified him and his rifle from the photographs and confronted him about it. Why was Tyler Robinson's rifle hundreds of miles from his home stashed in the woods next to where Charlie Kirk was shot? Why do his texts about retrieving it coincide with doorbell footage showing his car near the hiding place and a Google Maps route on his phone leading from that area back to his home in Orem? - Tyler Robinson was the major DNA contributor on the rifle, towel, and screwdriver. The rifle results reached at least one trillion to one. Robinson’s profile was approximately 95% of the DNA mixture on the towel and 89% on the screwdriver. One unusable swab from one exposed section of the roof changes none of that. Why was Robinson the primary DNA contributor on all three items, including the screwdriver left on the roof? - Show me the evidence that bomb-sniffing dogs searched the rifle’s exact location, found nothing, and then the FBI “magically” discovered it. I have never seen evidence supporting that claim. If you're claiming the FBI planted the rifle, why did Robinson text about retrieving “my rifle”? Why are those text messages corroborated by Ring doorbell footage showing his car in that location and Google Maps data on his phone? Why did forensic analysis identify the same Dremel as having engraved the “test shot” casing found at Robinson’s home, the fired casing inside the rifle, and three unfired cartridges loaded into it? Why had Robinson asked his boyfriend for that Dremel a month earlier to engrave bullets? Why did he later text Lance: “Remember how I was engraving bullets? The messages were mostly a big meme, if I see “notices bulge UWU” on fox news I might have a stroke”? Are you claiming the FBI planted the rifle, Dremel, and the engraved casing while also fabricating Robinson's texts, Ring footage, and Google Maps data? Then forced Lance Twiggs to lie about it in his sworn testimony? - The Discord confession timeline was confirmed in court. SBI Agent Brian Davis testified that Robinson arrived at the sheriff’s office at approximately 9:00 p.m. on September 11. His Discord confession was posted at 7:57 p.m. Utah time, about an hour earlier. He even said he would be “surrendering through a sheriff friend in a few moments.” - The defense has had Robinson’s forensic phone extraction and records from Apple, Google, Verizon, and AT&T since March, including 25,253 cell-site records. Those records can verify his location, tower connections, app activity, and communications. The defense has not claimed that his confessions were fabricated or presented an alibi placing him somewhere other than UVU. If they had bombshell evidence to free their client, why didn't they use it to stop the preliminary from ever proceeding to a death penalty trial? - Once again, you misunderstand DNA degradation. It does not reveal when DNA was deposited or who touched an object first or last. DNA can even be immediately degraded when it's first transfered to an item. The experts could not determine precisely how, why, or when the degradation occurred. Robinson is the major DNA contributor on the rifle, towel, and screwdriver. - The charging documents, supported by SBI Agent Brian Davis’s sworn probable-cause statement, say Robinson’s mother thought the suspect looked like her son and his father agreed. His parents were interviewed after bringing him to the sheriff’s office and may testify at trial. They likely recorded those interviews with the parents and may show this at the trial. - Turning yourself in for a crime does not automatically prove guilt, but it is highly relevant. Especially when combined with multiple confessions, the suspected murder weapon hidden near the scene, DNA evidence, both parents identifying him, Robinson identifying himself as the person in the footage ("it was me... look at the surveillance footage. it was me." "Hey guys, I have bad news for you all. it was me at UVU yesterday."), his partner recognizing him and recounting his in-person confession, a written confession note, and Robinson surrendering. A confession alone is objectively strong evidence and he confessed multiple times to multiple people. - Show me the evidence that Robinson was told police were going to SWAT his house and endanger his family. I have never seen any evidence supporting that claim. - Citing an old Andrew Wilson clip without context is silly. Intelligent people operating in good-faith update their conclusions as more evidence becomes available.

It is rare to have multiple confessions, the murder weapon stashed near the scene, DNA, the suspect’s own parents identifying him, and the suspect turning himself in. A confession alone is objectively strong evidence. Yes, I lean right. I oppose BLM, DEI, COVID tyranny, big tech censorship, illegal immigration, transing children, socialism, communism, anti-capitalism, and the left’s growing support for political violence. Polling shows nearly half of Democrats consider violence against figures like Trump and Elon acceptable. Why would Charlie be any different? Jimmy, not everyone who disagrees with you is getting paid. That is an embarrassingly stupid argument that shows how intellectually dishonest you are. I am not getting paid. In fact, I would make more money if I promoted illogical conspiracies about Charlie’s murder, just as you've gained millions of views promoting Egyptian planes, Fort Huachuca, and other nonsense. These points are easily debunked. 1. Prosecutors recovered the weapon. There are photographs of it. His father identified it from those photographs. It was found wrapped in a towel in the woods in the direction he fled. That's corroborated by Robinson's texts describing repeated attempts to retrieve “my rifle,” Google Maps data on his phone, Ring footage of his car near the stash point, and an officer who recorded his partial plate all place him there. 2. Bagley found the screwdriver before his body-camera battery died. Batteries die, and the screwdriver’s admission into evidence does not depend on his body-camera footage. The Utah Bureau of Forensic Services photographed, collected, and packaged it before transferring it to the FBI for testing under a documented chain of custody. 3. Same as point one. Tyler is identified through an enormous amount of corroborating evidence, including Candace’s own material. She released a photograph that shows Robinson near campus hours after the shooting, with his face visible, wearing the same maroon shirt and white-logo Hurley hat that he was wearing on campus that morning. 4. It is true that no camera clearly captures Tyler’s finger pulling the trigger. So what? The footage shows him crawl into a prone shooting position overlooking Charlie, remain there until the gunshot, immediately get up, sprint across the roof, jump down, and flee carrying a long concealed object toward the exact area where Tyler’s rifle was recovered. There are a dozen frames in that video where the long object wrapped ina towel is apparent. A distant camera failing to provide a close-up of him pulling the trigger does not erase that perfectly synchronized sequence of him in the sniper position and the timing of the gunshot or the mountain of corroborating evidence identifying Tyler Robinson as the killer. 5. Tyler Robinson was the major DNA contributor on the rifle, towel, and screwdriver. The rifle results reached at least one trillion to one. Robinson’s profile was approximately 95% of the DNA mixture on the towel and 89% on the screwdriver. One unusable swab from one exposed section of the roof changes none of that. 6. This skips the part where Lance Twiggs said the last two photographs “definitely do look like” Tyler Robinson. It also skips everything else he said. About a month before the murder, Robinson asked him for a Dremel to engrave ammunition for a family hunting trip. Police later recovered a Dremel and an engraved casing in his house matching the engraved casings at the crime scene. Lance also said Tyler confirmed in person that his confession was true, began crying, and said he wished he hadn't done it. 7. Yes, they can link the rifle to the crime. The comparison between the autopsy fragments and the rifle was inconclusive using a tool mark analysis because the bullet was badly fragmented. That often happens when a bullet is badly fragmented. “Inconclusive” means the rifle could neither be identified as nor excluded as the source. It does not mean the bullet “did not match.” They did confirm that the bullet fragments were consistent with a .30 caliber bullet. Tyler’s operable .30-06 rifle was recovered along the shooter’s escape route with three engraved live rounds and a fired casing inside it. Add the DNA, footage, towel, ammunition, cellphone data, vehicle evidence, Google Maps route, Robinson’s detailed messages about abandoning the rifle, his numerous confessions, his parents identifying him, and turning himself in for the crime. 8. Nobody testified that dust in the barrel indicated the rifle had not been fired recently. When asked what could cause it, the examiner answered, “a plethora of things,” and said she did not know why it was there. She offered no opinion about when the rifle was last fired. Meanwhile, investigators found a fired casing inside the chamber, and the ATF identified it as having been fired in that rifle. Claiming the dust proves the rifle was not fired is inventing a forensic conclusion the examiner never gave. 9. Again, Tyler was the major DNA contributor on the rifle, towel, and screwdriver. People are drawing false conclusions from DNA degradation because they do not understand what it means. DNA degradation does not reveal when DNA was deposited or who touched an object first or last. The experts testified that they could not determine precisely how, why, or when the degradation occurred. It doesn't tell you timing of who touched it first or last. 10. The "bald man with three passengers" is one eyewitness recollection at night. The objective evidence points to Tyler Robinson: the video shows only one person getting out of the car and returning to it; a police officer encountered the vehicle and believed the male driver was Robinson; the partial plate matched Robinson's Challenger; Robinson was simultaneously texting that he was sitting in his car near campus trying to recover his rifle; he even complained about how loud the crickets were, and those loud crickets are heard on the Ring-camera footage of his car; and his cellphone data shows a Google Maps route from that same location, next to the rifle stash point, directly back to his home. 11. Joe Kent ran the NCTC, which is an intelligence analysis and coordination body. It is not an investigative agency and does not have subpoena power. Kent saying the NCTC was prevented from pursuing certain leads does not establish that the FBI stopped investigating those leads, that the leads were credible, or that they implicated a foreign government. At most, it establishes an interagency disagreement about the NCTC’s access to a FBI/Utah State murder investigation. I think there's credible evidence that Kent was leaking nonsense to Candace and if that's the case, he obviously shouldn't have been anywhere near the investigation, but that's a separate conversation. 12. There's no publicly verifiable evidence to support the claim that Tyler Robinson was in Panguich. The restaurant itself stated: “We have no evidence establishing whether Tyler Robinson was at our restaurant around September 10, 2025.” The defense is fighting a death penalty case. If they had a genuine alibi 200 miles away, they would have used it. Candace’s own photograph places Tyler at an Orem Dairy Queen at 6:38 p.m. The restaurant order was reportedly entered in Panguitch, approximately 200 miles away, at 8:55 p.m. He would have had to drive at over 90 mph continously without stopping for 2 hours and 13 minutes to make that. Highly unlikely. Like I said, Jimmy, this is all embarrassingly stupid. The only thing dumber would be spending the last ten months viciously attacking Charlie's innocent loved ones, while pretending you were solving his murder because you were parroting Candace's incoherent nonsense about Fort Huachuca and Egyptian planes.
