It wouldn't surprise me, when we have all the data from the coroner's report, that he has tons of shards all throughout his chest because they were saying that there's trauma inside the chest, which would make sense if the bullet shatterred against his neck and fragmented." ROGAN: "That is an important distinction about the type of bullet." WILSON: "The U.S. Army has studied this in depth. I went back and pulled all their manuals and put them out.
