Did you know New York City rolled out a prepaid food card program for immigrants that basically just arrived. They were given 65% more than American citizens get with EBT or snap benefits.
And this wasn’t even a federally funded program. This was paid for by the taxpayers of New York, many of whom are struggling themselves to put food on the table.
