Good comments👍 From NVDA perspective, due to the limited area of compute tray, it is reasonable to chose 2-die instead of 4-die, as whatever the package is, a compute tray can only do 8 dies. As said, due to different design, MI550, assuming no further change, is expected to be 4-die
