A cognitive robot only gets as good as the data it learns from in real production environments. But that same data is your process knowledge: grips, tolerances, failure cases. That's why many hesitate to share it.
Would you feed process data into a shared robot training network?

A new step forward in scaling Physical AI from Europe. We are glad to welcome a new partner to our ecosystem.
We're joining forces with SECO, an Italian company with deep expertise in embedded and edge AI computing, to help bring our cognitive robots, including our humanoid 4NE1, into series production.
Our robots run on a Brain and Nervous System architecture, because intelligence doesn't just sit in one central brain, it lives directly in the limbs, so arms and legs can sense and react in real time without waiting on a round trip to a central processor. We call this innovative concept Smart Limbs, and they run on Qualcomm Technologies' Dragonwing™ processors, which deliver the on-device AI performance, power efficiency and low latency this decentralized layer needs.
SECO engineers the compute modules and manufactures at the volumes our scale-up requires, while also collaborating on real-world industrial data and automation solutions for semiconductor and electronics manufacturing, creating technologies that can ultimately be deployed globally:

What does it actually take to get a robot ready for the real world?
It takes a physical environment that mirrors real operations, a way to capture how experienced people do the work, and a pipeline that turns that into a validated model.
Building all of that in-house means investing in infrastructure, engineering headcount, and pipeline management before a single robot goes into operation.
In the NEURA Gym, all of it is already in place. The result: a robot trained for their specific use case, at up to 7x lower cost than building the same setup themselves. 🦾

Choose your task. Choose your robot. Start training. 🤖
This is how it works in the NEURA Gym. Companies that partner with us choose the use case their operations need: it starts by defining together exactly what the robot needs to do. This isn’t a generic capability, but a specific task mapped to the company’s own processes, requirements, and the environment it will run in.
This way, the expertise their most experienced operators carry gets captured as trained robot skills and can be scaled across the entire organization.

How do humanoid robots develop their skills?
Before a humanoid can work on any factory floor, it needs task-specific training. Not just in simulation, but in authentic environments, generating real-world data. Humanoid automation is accelerating fast, and the companies training now will be ready for deployment while others are still catching up. 🤖
On July 29, 10 to 11 am, we're hosting a webinar to show exactly how that training happens inside the NEURA Gyms.

Factories everywhere are running short on people for the toughest jobs. Humanoids are stepping in… but only if they're trained for your specific tasks.
Here's the catch: most humanoid training happens in simulation. That's fine for generic movement, but it fails the moment a robot needs to handle your real tools, your real floor.
NEURA Gym solves this: a global network of physical training facilities where humanoids and other robots practice real tasks in authentic environments, generating the kind of high-fidelity data simulation simply can't produce. As a partner, you get direct access to humanoids to train specifically for your use case, validated before they ever touch your production floor. 🦾
The companies training their humanoids now will be the first ones deploying them. Everyone else will be catching up.

Episode 2 of the NEURA Executive Talk is live! Our Founder & CEO David Reger sits down with Nakul Duggal, EVP and Group GM at Qualcomm.
AI is searching for its next big breakthrough, but what does that actually look like once intelligence has to live in the physical world?
They dig into, among other things, why Vision-Language-Action models alone fall short, why the real challenge is learning fast enough to let the world train the machines instead of the other way around, and reflex speed and how NEURA is solving it.

We build Physical AI that gives robots the intelligence to perceive, think and act in the real world.
For years, AI has mostly lived on screens. Physical AI changes that: it lets machines understand the space around them and act in it – next to people, in factories, in everyday environments.
Robots that operate safely and intelligently in shared spaces with humans are still rare. The choices made now, in this early phase, will shape how that technology is built and used for years to come.
Three people at NEURA shared what Physical AI means to them – and why they believe this is the moment for it. Here's what they said...

@tether. The first episode of the NEURA Executive Talk is live!
It’s a conversation about where intelligence is really heading, and why NEURA and Tether are building toward the same future from two very different starting points.
They get into distributed intelligence, the coming machine economy, Europe’s role in shaping the next era of technology, and one question worth sitting with: if everything you run sits on someone else’s technology, are you really free?

Automate in Chicago is running and the energy at our booth has been incredible so far.
Over the past two days, we’ve welcomed an amazing mix of visitors: customers, partners, investors, and journalists from around the world. We’re especially excited that so many people are experiencing Physical AI live for the first time: interacting directly with our robots and seeing just how far cognitive robotics has already come.
From inspection and sorting and palletizing to our Humanoid 4NE1 handing out work gloves and personalizing merchandise, our full-stack portfolio is running live on the show floor and demonstrating what cognitive robots can already do in real-world environments. 🦾
The excitement around our technology has also reached beyond the exhibition halls, with our robots and vision for Physical AI being featured in multiple TV shows across the United States.
And this is only the beginning. We are currently preparing to open our US office and look forward to sharing more exciting news very soon.
The overwhelming interest in our technology confirms what we strongly believe: people want to experience AI in the physical world, not just hear about it.
Physical AI is real. It’s here. It’s now. And we’re building it.
If you’re at Automate, there’s still a chance to experience it firsthand! Come and see us today at Booth 2231 + 2236, South Hall, McCormick Place, Chicago.

The companies training their robots today will be the ones deploying first. The longer you wait, the further behind you start.
Physical AI needs real-world training data that can't be sourced in simulation, and untested robots on a live production line can put operations and output at risk. In the NEURA Gym, partners can customize, train and validate robots for their specific use case before deploying them on the floor. All robots are connected through the Neuraverse, the world's first open Physical AI ecosystem, that gets smarter with every deployment.
