So excited to share that Neal has been promoted to Principal! For those of you that know him, you know how well deserved this news is. He harassed me (in a loving way) and everyone I know to get me on the phone when I was searching for my first investor to join the team two years ago. He has worked tirelessly since the day he applied for the job to help me continue to build what I hope becomes a pretty special early stage firm. He has sourced a handful of incredible companies that we are lucky to be investors in over the past 24 months and I can't wait to see what he does next. I gifted him a fancy little leather check book which I forgot to take a picture of when I told him he was writing his own checks moving forward.
