I’d love to get an actual number but I believe it’s likely around 5,000+ that have been made. This would include the engineering testing vehicles which the driving controls, fleet ready production versions, and the ones that have been used for crash testing and scrapped. This is just a pure speculated guess but it seems production is not the bottleneck here. Likely validation of the vehicle and V15 software are the currently bottleneck ls for deployment.
