[Service Notice｜Tsubaki.2 Image Generation Issue] Due to a malfunction caused by an upgrade to our inference service framework, between 6/30 23:50 and 7/1 00:30 (JST / UTC+9) today, some Tsubaki.2 image generation tasks may intermittently and unexpectedly produce "noise images" (see the attached example). Accordingly, we will refund the Credits for all Tsubaki.2 image generation tasks during this period (including both the PixAI main site and Mio.2), regardless of whether a noise image occurred. The refunded Credits will be added to eligible PixAI accounts by 7/1 23:59 (JST / UTC+9). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
