Which is beyond pathetic and cringe. But one thing we noticed is that, for someone who was beyond consolable during the initial body cam footage, he is emotionless, with nothing beyond his eyes. Even as Alleigha reads his messages about how much he hated his wife, and wanted her dead, and hoped he could find a way to kill her without going to jail, he doesn't look sad, embarrassed, remorseful or ashamed. Furthermore, he had a nickname for his wife in these text messages to her, he would call her 'bitch' and 'douche' and 'spawn of satan' and say things like" "I'm not nice to douche cuz I hate her and she cheated on me and ruined my life. Todd, I can't stand and don't get along with him, but I'm still Christlike as I have to work with him at this point." That being said, there is no proof that Caleb's wife cheated on him, and it's possible/ likely that he just said this to make his mistress more amenable to being in a relationship with him.
