Market mega volatile, if price goes back up above clarity act news drop, likely continues higher

$BTC technically put in a lower-high on the weekly chart
Next break above $83k and it's full bull but with rate hikes and clarity act not passing price could pull back a bit
Want to see a reclaim in the range above as long we see prices down in the mid 60ks not overly concerned
Sept pullback is quite normal and still think onchain can run regardless of majors

I'm serious though about strength and $USELESS
I sold a little spot $BTC and bought more USELESS at this area
"but it's up so much" - I get that personally but at the same time USELESS price is at a place where I think if it breaks 0.32 it leads to --> 0.45 and new highs for 40% potential gains
Will BTC hit 40% and over $110K in the new few weeks....personally I don't think so
That's how I'm looking at it with my current targets when it breaks 0.32
