Counting illegal aliens in the U.S. Census skews the apportionment of seats in the House of Representatives (and thus Electoral College votes), heavily favoring blue states and sanctuary cities. We must end this foolish and unfair practice that drowns out American voices. That’s why I am a proud cosponsor of the Equal Representation Act.

The July 2026 US govt budget data is out. We are at $40 trillion in national debt, growing at about $2.1 trillion per year. They had to borrow $432 billion in new debt just for July. 24% of all revenue went to paying interest on the debt. In reality it is 42% of all corporate and income taxes going to interest payments on the debt. The FICA taxes automatically go to paying for Social Security and Medicare, so that money is not used at all for interest payments on the debt.

The life cycle of America: Democracies, our constitutional republic, or civilizations all operate on historic cycles (fact). They begin in bondage or slavery and move through generational cycles straight back to bondage (without exception). Democracies typically take 200 years. What are the cycles? 1. Bondage to spiritual faith. 2. Spiritual faith to great courage. 3. Courage to liberty. 4. Liberty to abundance. 5. Abundance to selfishness. 6. Selfishness to complacency. 7. Complacency to apathy. 8. Apathy to dependence. 9. Dependence back to bondage. This model is cyclical, portrays a repeating pattern driven by human virtues & vices, where initial hardship fosters strength & unity, but prosperity breeds entitlement & reliance on the state, ultimately returning to authoritarianism. I am suggesting that prosperity sows the seeds of an empire’s downfall, ours is attributed more to moral and spiritual decay despite the pockets of optimism and awakening we see in parts of our nation today. Creative minorities can rise up with effective leaders & leadership to help overcome eventual collapse (this supports brief moments of hope). Collapse isn’t inevitable but it is factual. This is EXACTLY why I support @RepChipRoy’s PAUSE Act, which would freeze all immigration until H-1B visas are ended, chain migration is reformed, birthright citizenship is dismantled, and we ensure that newcomers respect our Constitution and values. I’m fighting hard in Congress to reform our broken immigration system and put Americans first again. It’s time the rest of my colleagues join the fight so we can finally get this fixed.

In 1948, Winston Churchill wrote in The Gathering Storm: "If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without bloodshed; if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory because it is better to perish than to live as slaves." As we continue to battle Sharia law and radical Islam, we must remember this quote as we prevail against the invasion—an invasion with every intention of conquering America. This is a long-term fight to protect the rule of law and Western civilization that we MUST win.
