Following this week’s patch for a CosmWasm security issue, the precautionary App Layer halt has been lifted.

bRUNE trading and staking remain halted and are expected to resume after the THORChain v3.21 upgrade. Rewards will continue to accrue in the meantime and will be distributed once both contracts resume.
