Many of these have a kernel of truth, but are mostly political talking points and a Chinese psyop.

The best part isn’t the product. It’s the people who already knew how to do this job when I showed up.
They can run a rush, answer the same question for the hundredth time, and let someone try the thing until they trust it - without making them feel stupid. That’s a skill set. It just never made the slide deck.
I used to assign the work. Now I’m learning it from the Gen Z folks who already had it down.
