Financial freedom doesn’t come from playing it safe. For me, it came from taking the risk to bet on myself. Time is the ultimate currency. $ matters, of course, but what it really gives you is control over your time. And for me, investing in Tesla, SpaceX, 𝕏, and xAI changed my life because it gave me that freedom. I still remember working at Apple, pulling my hair out late at night, thinking, “There is no way this is supposed to be my life until I’m 65," despite making more $ than all my peers. Apple was great, I was on the fast track, joining early at the age of 23... it taught me a lot. But deep down, I knew I wasn’t meant to spend my whole life building someone else’s dream, counting vacation days, waiting decades to finally live. Now I’m 37, looking out at this view from my hotel in Portland, and I can’t help but think about how different my life would be if I had listened to all the haters, doubters, and people who told me I was crazy for backing Elon and going all in on what I believed in. People said I would go bankrupt. People said I would lose everything. People said FSD would kill me. People said I was dumb for betting on and backing Elon. People laughed at the things I believed in. But here I am. And honestly, I would rather be financially free, doing what I love, spending my time with the people I love, and living a life that actually feels fulfilling, than be “successful” on paper but trapped at a desk, working for someone else’s dream until 65. Tesla is changing transportation and autonomy. SpaceX is changing access to space and global internet. 𝕏 is changing how information moves, the world's town square. xAI is building the next layer of intelligence. To a lot of people, these were just “stocks” or “companies”... to me, they were missions I believed in and a future I wanted to be a part of, before the world fully understood them. Use me as proof that betting on yourself can change your life. But it definitely will not happen overnight. Not without pain. Not without people doubting you. Not without the haters, criticizing your every move. Everyone sees the win... they don’t see the stress, the sacrifice, the lonely decisions, the sleepless nights, or the high pressure it took to get here. But days like this remind me why it was all worth it. I’m financially free. I’m with the people I love. I’m doing what I love. And I truly feel like the luckiest man alive.
