Small delay on the Test Collection - NFT mining with DerpPad will begin tomorrow.
The test is already doing its job: I found an OpenSea Studio bug before anyone even tried to Mine. If you mint your full supply directly from the contract (which our mine-to-mint setup does), Studio never notices â the chain says 1024/1024, Studio says 0, and the reveal flow never unlocks.
Ticket is open with OpenSea. The reveal itself is just one on-chain transaction, so we've added a reveal button to DerpPad's creator dashboard that doesn't need Studio at all â but I want OpenSea's confirmation of the bug and the fix before we go, so the art renders properly everywhere from day one.

The collection features some clever new Tech, and all claims/mints of the Test Collection will be solvent via an NFT version of The Merchant, so finding and claiming one is;
a Profitable if you get there early,
b Net 0 if you get the very last one,
c You might be able to get one without Mining - depends if anybody paper-hands
I can't guarantee the Mining itself if profitable - that's Derp by design - but if you get a lucky hit from a few goes round The Pit it should all be fairly cost effective.
What's more, it's entirely Fair - unless you don't have a @minepitderp PitBoy... ofc.
