With Frederik Andersen signing in Edmonton, the #Canes# move forward with Brandon Bussi and Pyotr Kochetkov under contract.
For Bussi, next season will be the first year of his three-year extension. For Kochetkov, it'll be the last year of his four-year extension that he signed in 2022.
At his press availability this weekend, GM Eric Tulsky said he and the team would be "comfortable" proceeding with those two as the duo.
Behind them, Cayden Primeau remains a restricted free agent. Tulsky called him "A very good goalie who's also capable of playing NHL games if we need him to."
2023 fifth-round pick Ruslan Khazheyev, who split last year between Chicago (AHL) and Greensboro (ECHL) is signed through next season.
