We built Amazon Leo to bring fast, reliable internet to customers and communities beyond the reach of existing networks. @hero_telecoms has spent years doing exactly that across South Africa — reaching farming towns, small businesses, and communities on the outskirts. Proud to see our teams working together to bring connectivity to even more South Africans who need it, and look forward to rolling out service to those customers in the future.

Last few launches were big for @AmazonLeo - bringing us to 390+ satellites deployed, enough to support continuous service across initial latitudes.
Still lots of work ahead – including raising all these new satellites to their assigned altitude – but we’ve completed enough launches for initial service this yr, and future missions just add coverage and capacity.
Thanks @ulalaunch Atlas V for getting us to this point. Ready for 40+ sat launches on Vulcan.
