FSD v14.3.9 can you handle...

-Quickly followed by a police car with lights/sirens on? ✅
-Shortly followed by an ambulance with NO lights/sirens on? (No brake stabbing allowed!) ✅
-All while it's raining? ✅

14.3.9 is the best version on the 14.3 branch yet. I haven't had a single random braking event (although Chris has had a few on his new MY). It seems like we finally have the SMOOTHNESS back! 🙌 Add max speed control and we're all set. 😉

Last Cybercab ride. 😭 If you can get to Austin to try this out, you really should.
FSD is driving down a 2 lane Rd, 50mph. A car approaches the road at an intersection. About 70% of the time, FSD brakes very hard once as if that car is going to barrel into us when it's clearly coming to a stop. This overly cautious brake stabbing has been an issue since 14.3, but seems even worse on 14.3.8. People trying FSD for the first time on this version will never subscribe with this kind of stuff happening. Pleeeeaasse fix it! We need the smoothness back!

Chris needs the YL for filming today so it's back to the 2023 Y for me, another awesome car that has served me well these past 3 years (and has the dirt to prove it).
The Model YL is the family vehicle I've always wanted from Tesla. It's like having the efficiency of the Model Y with the storage space and roominess of the Model X.
Another smooth drive on 14.3.4 today. This was the first time my car made this particular drive without any awkward braking since 14.3 was released. Could it really be fixed?!
