I was having a conversation with a friend and he asked me - "if someone promised you money, can you press them to fulfill the promise?" I thought hard about it. Promises are made with good intentions. But sometimes, things happen that makes fulfillment impossible or delayed. However, you can send a reminder to the person in good conscience. You shouldn't be dragging them to fulfill the promise. This is a counter to Frank Underwood who stated that, 'the nature of promises is that they are immune to changing circumstances.' This means that regardless of your personal issues or situation, you remain obligated to fulfil a promise made. I understand the nature of humans and that is why I don't make promises. On the flip side, it is unfair to raise people's expectation with a promise, only to let them down, especially where that promise was made publicly.

It sounds like fun but it isn't. We shouldn't be playing with people's time and their heart if we dont want to marry them. It's quite interesting that none of them care about the hurt they would inflict.

We have been shitty this WAFCON. It is embarrassing. That is how we missed out on the World Cup. Damn!
Some of you don't want people earning from X despite how hard the country is because you already have a well paying job. You claim people are farming and lacking good content. It is not as if you have better content than them. We know you would not get them jobs or teach them how you make your money. The other half are those not earning well from X and want everyone to not get paid so therr is a balance. "If I can't have it, you can't have it" syndrome. It is well with all of you.

Our fathers are not perfect. They lived their own lives. You have to observe them, learn from them, take the positive and discard the negative. Every man is responsible for his own life. Some people drink because they saw their father drinking. Some people don't drink because they saw their father drinking. What you make of your upbringing and environment, is entirely up to you. The next generation should be better than the former. That is the whole point of education - to know how to think.

Last election, this big man was telling his people that they should vote Obi so the system can be restructed to favour everybody. He told them he is well connected to APC chieftains, so if they decide to vote Tinubu, he knows people that knows people - it favours him. If they vote Atiku, it even favours him more as a Northerner - well connected among he chieftains. He said if they vote Obi, we can begin to fix the country. They argued with him and voted APC. Now, they are begging him for money. He told them, he warned them APC would favour him, but it won't favour them, and he doesn't understand how people that have nobody and know nobody would be voting like mumu. He told them to go to APC and collect money 😭😭
