propAMMs have always been very fickle and relying on them to service your chain’s volume is stupid
propAMMs adjust their quotes every block so under a LVR framework their margins to eat toxic flow is little to none
On CL pools LPs tend to have longer rebalancing periods so they’re able to eat more toxic flow while still being profitable
Also when lending market liquidations occur, the market is usually stressed and in those moments propAMMs are no where to be seen too. However CL liquidity is there and publicAMMs save lending markets from building up bad debt
