i've been using minimax h3 max to make interactive games you control!
all the decisions are up to you, and since the model is so fast there's basically no delays
I tried OpenClaw 2.0, and it’s a total disaster.
Peter Steinberger has basically unlimited support from OpenAI, infinite tokens, backing from giants like NVIDIA, tailored model optimizations, and an incredibly talented team.
Yet after all this time, OpenClaw still just doesn't work.
You have to step in and fix things at almost every turn.
The UX is so bad that if I asked my own agent to design the interface, it’d probably do a better job. I’m 100% convinced GPT designed it, which explains the quality.
A flaw I’ve dealt with since the early Clawdbot days is still there, and the agent gets stuck in loops, repeats itself, and wanders off-task.
It’s honestly bizarre how bad it is.
Vision alone isn't enough.
You need consistency and reliability to last.
I’m definitely sticking with the smarter choice: Hermes Agent.
I had a great time moderating this fireside chat 2.0 with my friend @adeoressi at Step SF 2026 last week. Adeo spoke about the agentic future, AI models, ambition, and much more. Looking forward to 3.0.
“I’ve never said this publicly before. When I was made a partner at Sequoia
I was homeless. I had zero money. I slept in my car. I showered at 3000 Sand Hill Road.”
@dougleone on being the only homeless partner that Sequoia's ever had:
We’re ending our partnership with Cursor following its acquisition by SpaceX. Under our proposal, Cursor’s direct access to our models would end on November 12.
We know that the people most affected by this decision are the developers who rely on OpenAI models in Cursor. We care about their experience in this transition and we’re ready to go above and beyond to support them.
