A terrible night of russian missile and drone attacks on residential areas in Kyiv. At least 12 dead and a day of mourning has been declared. Our energy workers have already restored power to 50,000 homes and are reconnecting customers through backup supply routes wherever possible. Another 40,000 homes remain without electricity. As soon as the military and security allow, our repair crews will continue to restore electricity.
