Three partnerships locked in two weeks. @CNPYNetwork app infrastructure, @nomyxio tokenized assets, @SedonaFi a neobank. All three moved that fast for three reasons. Privacy is a must now, and having the right solution is everything. And the CoFHE stack and SDK are extremely easy to integrate. None of them needed a cryptographer on staff or months of work on infrastructure that is not their product. With @fhenix, Privacy moves away from a 6-month research project to a sprint item. Shopify Integrates USDC Payments Via Arbitrum For Global Retail Settlement @Shopify has added $USDC payment support on the @Arbitrum network, enabling over 480 digital wallets to execute retail transactions directly through Shopify Payments. This means that users can make payments without incurring any gas or foreign exchange fees. In this way, it is an alternative to the traditional credit card network for millions of merchants worldwide. This deployment aims to enable high-velocity settlement, and eligible merchants can receive payouts in local fiat or $USDC.

We've been quieter than usual over the past few days, and have been spending that time getting trading back up, continuing the ongoing investigation, and building a detailed recovery plan for LPs. I know the lack of updates has been difficult, especially for LPs waiting for clarity. We do not want to publish a partial plan, and have been focused on finalizing the details. The technical review and migration were led by our engineering and infrastructure teams, who have worked relentlessly since July 15. This effort enabled trading to resume on a completely new stack last Thursday, which I’m incredibly grateful for. This post mortem is just one step. The next big update people are looking for is what recovery and the path forward will look like, and that is where my focus remains. We are thankful for the patience and support of all of our partners and users. More to come.

Arbitrum Foundation expands Variational partnership @arbitrum is putting more weight behind perps. The Foundation and Variational (@variational_io) announced an expanded partnership today covering at least two more security audits by the end of Q3, sponsored gas fees for the protocol, and an independent stats page built by Entropy Advisors tracking volume, OI, TVL and execution costs. Variational sits at $1.28B in open interest with $24.6B in perp volume over the past 30 days, per DefiLlama, and has been Arbitrum-native since day one. It seems that chains are learning that covering gas and audits possibly buys more loyalty than an incentive program.

We've been working with the Variational team for nearly two years now and its awesome to see @arbitrum continue to support. The growth has been awesome and I fully expect them to not slow down any time soon. We will be there to support and power the platform. to @variational_lvs and team - excited for many more years of success!

This is the approach that most product-centric builders have towards @ethereum. We say the same thing about Arbitrum all the time. Ethereum does some things better than any technology in history. It’s very hard to compete on the dimensions it excels at around settlement, security, censorship-resistance. Love the bluntness on this from @vnovakovski. I think the premise of the question comes from people moving off Ethereum for non-product reasons. Those reasons could be valid but the framing is important.
