$KGLD, one of Asia’s first tokenized gold is here, powered by LayerZero.
Korea Gold Exchange Digital Asset (KorDA), backed by ITCEN, a KOSDAQ-listed company ($1B+ mcap), is launching $KGLD, and has chosen @LayerZero_Core as their only interoperability partner.
The Korea’s largest gold exchange will issue $KGLD using LayerZero’s OFT Standard, enabling a single unified asset across blockchains from day one.
Once live, gold will be:
• Transferable across networks
• Composable with applications
• Usable in DeFi, payments, and institutional workflows
