Yeah I have the feeling that all SaaS pricing books and blog articles will have to be rewritten quite soon (as to not contain dangerously outdated advice).
Pricing is fucking hard for AI native apps.
per seat is dead, the seats are agents now. per ticket rewards volume you should have prevented. per resolution punishes you for having a good product.
we're settling in at no seat structure, just credits. put the whole team on it for free, pay for what the agents actually do.
might redo it in 3 months. lets see
