I want to be transparent with you guys Solana's official developer docs need to make a lot of improvements We know this, and over the past few weeks we have: - Set up a process in CI to ensure all code samples are updated and tested - Created bots to scan repos across the ecosystem and create issues when it notices docs are outdated - Made our docs agent-friendly - Removed some unnecessary and confusing things - Created a better action-oriented flow - Used more beginner-friendly vocabulary But the journey is just beginning! If you know me you’ll know that the reason I do what I do is that I believe in the pursuit of humane technology This isn’t some boring activist thing like “omg instagram is too addictive we must regulate social media” but more along the lines of e/acc (although yes instagram is addictive and toxic) I believe that in order to pursue a technological future that is beneficial to us, we must build technology that is in line with our neurology In this way we actually extend ourselves, rather than building an entirely new thing and trying to fit ourselves into it This article is my first attempt to try to explain why I think this is important.
