Quick update on some of the issues we shared this week:
Our team has pushed fixes for:
-Edit / delete / rewind / pin menu (long-press) not responding to taps on some Samsung devices
-Persona lists and other lists not scrolling or responding to taps
-Messages going blank or disappearing when scrolling
We're still looking into reports of the app freezing, hanging, or overheating.
Please make sure your app is updated to the latest version!

We've seen a jump in bug reports this past week and want you to know the team is actively working on resolving them.
Issues we're tracking right now:
-Edit / delete / rewind / pin menu (long-press) opens slowly and won't respond to taps
-Messages going blank or disappearing when scrolling
-Persona list won't scroll or the selected persona doesn't stick
-App freezing or not responding to taps
Most of these are affecting the app specifically if you're stuck, please use the website for now.
Fixes are in progress and some issues are already improving.

⛔you can now block other users.
sometimes you'd rather not see someone's content, or have them see yours.
now you can make that happen in two taps on the app and web.
📝what blocking does:
block someone and their Characters, Posts, Voices, and Scenes won’t be shown to you, either on search results, the home page, or their profile.
it works both ways, so your content is hidden from them too. they won't be notified.
👉how to do it:
1. go to their profile
2. tap the ... menu
3. tap Block
changed your mind? unblock from their profile, or find the gear icon on your own profile and navigate to Settings > Blocked, where you can manage everyone you've blocked in one place.
blocking and unblocking work instantly, any time.
now live for everyone.
