The Sam one is definitely the best.
I've watched almost every Sam interview, and this is the first time he actually felt human. Personal stories, the pain of raising OpenAI's first money, the confusion of the early days, YC lessons he still carries today...
Podcast quality lately has become pretty bad, even the big ones.
Lenny's Podcast, Diary of a CEO, Joe Rogan... too often it's someone launching something, telling the same prepared story, and answering the same generic questions.
a16z is good, but sometimes lacks personality. YC has great content, but can get boring.
David Senra has been the best lately.
