A couple I know just started a CPG company together, and they’re the only two employees because AI basically runs the whole thing. It’ll optimize Facebook ads, project the ROI, and proactively say things like “I think you should turn off the ads because you’re running low on inventory which means you’ll be out of stock if you keep running ads.” The AI also handles most of the customer service inquiries.
