The best business is getting attention for other businesses. meta/Google/x sell ads. Outrank sells traffic. You capture attention and you sell it to someone who needs it
You suffer if you only build things that consume attention but don't create it
My only successful businesses have come from selling a sales lead or traffic. It's all the same game
If you can help someone else be successful you will have success yourself
create hype and rent it. especially in the age where building is cheap and attention is expensive
