Yes, I know it’s a touchy subject, but it’s needed. You want undercollateralized lending on @solana, you need a way to know if you can trust your borrowers, either consumer lending, or protocol lending.
Proud to be running pilots with @nevralabs, and utilising offchain income and lending scores, privately, via @Plaid, and taking the leap to make this market.
Data is something, information is credibility.

Im again guest @CryptocastNL where we dive into the current state of Solana🤝
Really excited to see more teams using reputation scoring to allocate capital more efficiently.
At FairScale, Ownership is also one of the signals in our reputation model, built with support from @01Resolved.
We combine ICO participation, decision market activity, and post-ICO trading behaviour to better understand the quality of capital behind a wallet.
The results have been fascinating.
The latest ICO, @crediblefin, has the highest median FairScore of any @MetaDAOProject launch to date, with @LasoFinance close behind.
The data is starting to tell a consistent story: credible capital is following Ownership.

Reputation and credibility is frankly everything, whether you’re behind a pfp or not. What I’ve been thinking about lately though is, is a mechanical way of showcasing your credibility, enough?
Data is important, turning that into information, even moreso, but the market’s opinion? Maybe just as much.

One of the most interesting things we’ve been working on at @fairscalexyz for our upcoming launch is how reputation and credibility becomes something that means something. Not just another clout score.
Part of that, means something that unlocks credit. Very conscious that a lender could not care less about your follower count, or arguably solely onchain data and similarly, the beauty of crypto is in pseudonymity.
What happens when you connect offchain data to onchain credentials is quite special.
Excited to be going deep with Hugo and team, to disrupt a market that deserves it.
