Future of AI? Who wins - the cloud, or the devices/ robots? Are cheap open source models really capable of doing 90% of the frontier models? CPU or GPU? If Arm’s now making its own chips, why not the UK? Can other nations still invest in its place in AI supply chains like Taiwan with TSMC etc?
